About the Position
">We are seeking a qualified Travel Nurse RN to join our team in Silverdale, Washington. As a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing individualized plans of care to meet their unique requirements">
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians and consistent with hospital policies and procedures">
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans">
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication">
Requirements and Qualifications
">To be considered for this position, you must have:

- A current nursing license in the state of practice">
- At least 12 months of experience in a PCU or similar setting">
- Demonstrated expertise in critical care nursing, including hemodynamic monitoring, vascular access management, and respiratory support">
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment">
