Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our team at Peoplelink Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our distribution center, you will be responsible for processing merchandise, moving it to designated areas, and ensuring that products are accurately labeled and stored.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Processing: Receive, inspect, and process merchandise in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, track stock movements, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship products to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects and ensure that they meet quality standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve distribution center goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and customers.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work schedules, and deadlines.
