Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair complex equipment issues, using advanced troubleshooting techniques and technical knowledge.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance-related issues and improve overall efficiency.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- 2-3 years of experience in a maintenance or mechanical role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of repair procedures and equipment operation, equivalent to 1-2 years of applied trades training.
- Ability to exercise judgment and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret technical data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
