Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Imaging Technologist to join our team at North Memorial Health Care. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment and producing high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of imaging equipment, including MRI and CT scanners, to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the procedure and positioning the patient correctly.
- Monitor patients during imaging procedures and ensure their safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in a related field, such as radiologic technology or a related field.
- Current certification as a registered radiologic technologist (RT) or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in cardiovascular imaging or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
