Job Title: Mitigation Recovery Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Mitigation Recovery Expert to join our team at Royal Plus. As a key member of our emergency response unit, you will be responsible for responding to disaster claims and restoration activities within a designated geographical territory.

About the Role:
- Performing initial site inspections and assessing damage
- Developing scopes of losses and restoration plans
- Coordinating debris removal, hauling, and equipment operation
- Providing cross-training in contents cleaning and light paperwork tasks

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and basic hand tool knowledge
- Strong team player mentality and medium labor physical demands
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work in various environments
