Job SummaryThe Nurse Practitioner is a key member of our clinical team, responsible for meeting clinical, administrative, and financial performance metrics. This role requires implementing, delivering, and ensuring the highest quality of patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Provides patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services
- Participates in treatment plan selection and supervision of staff to ensure appropriate care
- Assists other care providers and extended care teams
- Provides continuous availability for medical and technical questions
- Actively participates in quality improvement programs and multidisciplinary quality assurance programs
- Collaborates with the management team to improve patient care
- Complies with all policies, procedures, and protocols
- Provides general medical care and treatment under the direction of a physician
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
- Board Certification
- Licensed to practice in the appropriate state
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Proficient in promoting the clinic
- Strong Communication skills
- Patient communication skills
May require standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods. Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination required. Includes full range of body motion, including potential handling and lifting.
Corrected vision, hearing, and speech within normal ranges. Must be able to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
