Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Merchandise Associate to join our team. As a Merchandise Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and removing trash and debris.
  • Support the sales floor team by assisting with inventory management, processing transactions, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
