Greetings from Great Wolf Lodge We are on the hunt for an exceptionally skilled Aquatics Manager to oversee our waterpark operations and take charge of the entire lifeguard team.
Responsibilities include conducting classes, training, and in-service training for aquatics staff, developing detailed plans that support organizational objectives, communicating effectively with both internal and external customers, resolving conflicts, and performing supervisory tasks.
A successful candidate should possess a strong understanding of safety protocols and standards, along with 2+ years of supervisory experience and relevant certifications such as E&A International Lifeguard Training Program certification.
We value candidates with a College degree, ILTP Instructor certification, Certified Pool Operator (CPO), or equivalent experience.
