Job Summary

The Academic Coach will play a critical role in supporting the academic success of students at InsideHigherEd. This position will be responsible for helping students develop the skills, behaviors, and habits necessary for college success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and counsel students on academic progress and provide guidance on course selection and scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate records of student advising history and provide proactive and intrusive advising interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with academic affairs and other key stakeholders on retention and progression initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support student success and academic achievement.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Counseling, Education, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of counseling or advising experience.
Working Conditions

This position requires occasional travel and extended work hours may be required.
