We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Clinical Decision Unit team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a RN in this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver world-class care to our patients and make a meaningful difference in their lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential health risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in a similar setting.
