Position Overview

University Hospitals is seeking a highly skilled Radiology Physician to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of healing, teaching, and discovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients within a recognized area of practice or for a specified patient population.
  • Prescribe pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens as appropriate to assessed medical conditions.
  • Refers patients to specialists and to relevant patient care components as appropriate.
  • Train and supervise medical students and residents engaged in specialty activities and procedures, as appropriate.
  • May manage the daily operations of a specific medical program, patient care unit, or research function.
  • Directs and coordinates the patient care activities of nursing and support staff as required.

Requirements

  • Doctorate Degree Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy with an unrestricted license.
  • Appointment with CWRU SOM at the level commensurate with experience.
  • Fellowship Training in some specialties.
