Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of heavy machinery, including dozers, excavators, backhoes, skid steers, and scrapers.
- Engage in tasks such as fine grading, finishing, sloping, banking, and excavation.
- Conduct routine inspections before and after equipment use.
- Perform general maintenance on assigned machinery.
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Adhere to company safety protocols to maintain a secure job site.
- Execute additional tasks as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license.
- 1-2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to function in a safety-sensitive construction environment, with exposure to moving machinery and heavy equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to commute to job sites.
- Must successfully complete background and drug testing procedures.
