Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the administration of probation services, including case management and data entry.
  • Provide support to probation officers in the development and implementation of case plans.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support probation decisions.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of case activities.
  • Communicate effectively with probationers, staff, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as criminal justice, criminology, or psychology.
  • Four years of progressively responsible experience in a related field, including clerical, office, or other work that demonstrates the ability to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Excellent computer and keyboarding skills, as well as strong writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple demands.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency preferred.
