Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

As a key member of the Genie team, the Warehouse Associate will be responsible for maintaining inventory, picking, packing, and shipping consumer products and replacement parts to meet customer demands. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform physical counts as needed
• Pick and package products correctly to ensure safe and timely delivery
• Operate packaging and production equipment as required
• Utilize hand trucks, pallet jacks, and carts to move materials throughout the department
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet customer demands and achieve business objectives

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic arithmetic, reading, and writing skills
