Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting
- Collaborate with a team of 6 physicians and 11 APPs
- Work a 7 on/7 off schedule with no call requirement
- Manage intubations, central lines, arterial lines, and ventilation
- Enjoy physician support in-house 7a-7p and by phone 7p-7a
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience in critical care, including intubations and ventilation management
- Competitive base salary and wRVU production incentive
