Radiology Technologist

Adventist Health is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team in San Luis Obispo, California.
Job Responsibilities- Operate x-ray equipment to produce high-quality radiographs of designated body parts as ordered by physicians.
- Position and instruct patients for radiological and fluoroscopic examinations, adjusting equipment as needed.
- Determine proper voltage, current, and exposure time for each radiograph.
- Understand radiology information and PACS systems, utilizing and operating them effectively.
- Perform duties of a second modality, including Mammography, CT, Specials, NM, OR, and US.
- Associate's degree or equivalent required.
- Current CA Radiology Technologist license required.
- Current CA Fluoro License required.
- AHA-BLS-HCP certification required.
Adventist Health prioritizes the safety and well-being of our associates and patients. Work Schedule12-hour work schedule, rotating shifts. 36 hours weekly, 72 hours per pay period.
