Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Charge Nurse to join our team at the Rubin White Clinic in Poteau. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, supervising nursing activities, and collaborating with physicians to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

• Assume a supervisory role during duty assignments and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to plan for patient care after discharge.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments of pediatric and adult patients, assess their physical and mental status, and create individualized plans of care.
• Collaborate with the Unit Manager, ADON, and DON to identify budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.
• Enter information into the RPMS and EHR system, define and code the purpose of visits using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and 3M coding software, and train healthcare providers and health record personnel in concepts, procedures, and usage.
