Assistant Director of Finance

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Assistant Director of Finance at Stonerise Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Finance in overseeing the financial operations of our business office, including accounts receivable, resident funds, and budgeting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in managing financial systems and supervising staff members. They will be expected to maintain accurate records, analyze financial data, and make recommendations for process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and reviewing financial reports and statements.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and resident funds.
- Supervise staff members and provide guidance on financial and operational matters.
- Analyze financial data and identify areas for process improvements.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum.
