Position Details

Epic Travel Staffing is in search of a Travel CT Imaging Technologist.

Shift:
Nights / 9 PM - 7 AM (10x4) 40 hours per week, Monday - Thursday

Length:
13 Weeks

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 Year Experience

Traveler Experience:
First-time travelers are welcome

CT Procedure Expertise:
Experience in Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Spine, Musculoskeletal, Brain Perfusion, CT Angiography, and Multiplanar Reconstruction

Essential Skills:
Inpatient, Emergency Room, Adult Intensive Care Unit

Proficient in Electronic Documentation
Experience in Trauma Level II

Certifications:
BLS, ARRT(R)(CT)
Certification with operator requirements for specific equipment is mandatory

Preferred Skills:
Outpatient care, IV Starts, PACS, Contrast administration, Visage familiarity

Additional Information:
Local candidates are accepted
Experience with GE & Siemens scanners is essential

Patient Demographics:
Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics

Special Equipment:
Siemens and GE scanners, including S3000 and Sequoia models

Unit Systems:
EPIC, Visage

Uniform:
Royal Blue Scrubs

Interview Process:

Unit Details:
This position is within the emergency department utilizing a Siemens scanner for routine emergency department patients, including Code Stroke and Level II trauma cases.

Work Environment:
Fast-paced setting with varying staff levels throughout shifts. Typical caseload for one technologist ranges from 8-12 patients during an 8-hour shift.
