Position Overview:
As a vital member of our hospitality team, the Housekeeper plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest accommodations. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently clean and prepare guest rooms to ensure a welcoming environment.
2. Conduct regular inspections to refresh and sanitize accommodations.
3. Manage linens and laundry, including collection, transportation, washing, folding, and storage.

Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is essential, with typical shifts from 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM.

Compensation:
Pay starts at $16-$17 per hour, with an additional $1/hour monthly incentive based on attendance, plus gratuities. The Norwich Inn also offers Paid Time Off and Subsidized Health Insurance.

Additional Information:
We are specifically looking for candidates who can work Sundays. Additional shifts may be available, depending on the candidate's schedule. A sign-on bonus of $1000 will be awarded incrementally based on attendance and tenure in the position: $200 after 30 days, $300 after 90 days, and $500 after 180 days.

The Norwich Inn features 40 guest rooms, along with a dining room, pub, and brewery, providing a dynamic and engaging workplace.
