SAP Coordinator Job Description

At Softworld, a Kelly Company, we are seeking a highly skilled SAP Coordinator to join our team. As a SAP Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating SAP implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring seamless integration and optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate SAP implementation and upgrade projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical support for SAP Variant Configuration (VC)/Configure, Price & Quote (CPQ) and other SAP modules.
  • Design and support SAP Warehouse management (WM), Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Plant Maintenance (PM) functionalities.
  • Lead workshops to define processes and standards in SAP Supply Chain, ensuring optimal system performance and efficiency.
  • Prepare unit test plans and perform unit/regression testing to ensure high-quality system delivery.
  • Provide training and documentation of new functionality to business users, ensuring seamless system adoption.
  • Participate in feasibility studies of new requests and provide recommendations for product enhancements, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Coordinate and lead external partners/consultants, ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Support Incident Management and collaborate with business key users and client service, ensuring prompt issue resolution and high-quality service delivery.
  • Follow and adhere to ITGC (IT Governance) requirements for internal documentation, ensuring compliance and data security.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing SAP projects, including system improvements, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of SAP ERP systems, modules, and their business applications.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
