Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular safety inspections and repairs to ensure our properties are safe for guests to enjoy.
  • Ensure Guest Safety: Identify and mitigate potential hazards to create a safe environment for guests and team members.
  • Operate Maintenance Equipment: Safely operate various maintenance tools and equipment to perform repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Implement Maintenance Programs: Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and cleaning programs to maintain the appearance and upkeep of our properties.
  • Provide Excellent Guest Service: Greet guests with a smile and provide superior service by being attentive, responsive, and helpful to guests' needs.
Requirements
  • Passion for Customer Service: Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Basic Knowledge of Maintenance: Possess basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing equipment and installation, as well as chemical properties and handling.
  • Valid Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license and be able to travel to various locations.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Physical Requirements
  • Lifting and Carrying: Be able to lift up to 50 pounds, lift and carry 25 pounds occasionally, and 10 pounds regularly.
  • Long Periods of Standing: Stand for long periods of time and move around safely on uneven or wet terrain.
  • Ability to Bend and Kneel: Be able to bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and climb to perform maintenance tasks.
