Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients in various settings, including adult care and ICU.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Operate and maintain respiratory equipment, including ventilators and other life-support devices.
- Conduct assessments, analyze data, and make informed decisions to optimize patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
- Experience in adult care and ICU settings, with a preference for NICU experience and certifications in PALS and NRP.
