Role Overview


Salem-Keizer Public Schools is seeking a dedicated Elementary Education Specialist to join our team. This temporary, full-time position will play a vital role in guiding students to develop and fulfill their academic potential in a learning environment tailored to their needs.



Key Responsibilities


As an Elementary Education Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing an appropriate instructional program, as designated by the school district. Required Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in elementary education and a valid teaching license. Additional responsibilities and qualifications may be added for this specific position by the supervisor.



Compensation and Benefits


The salary for this position is prorated based on the FTE, ranging from $50,011 to $98,436. Salem-Keizer Public Schools offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 403(b) retirement plan.
