We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Bellperson/Valet Attendant to join our team at Montage International. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests to the hotel with a warm and sincere welcome
  • Direct guests and vehicles on the front drive
  • Park and retrieve guest and hotel vehicles
  • Be knowledgeable about hotel rooms, services, and features and relay information to guests
  • Assist with luggage and provide hotel room orientations
  • Deliver amenities and other items to guest rooms
  • Follow hotel guidelines and talking points
Requirements:
  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a luxury hotel preferred
  • Minimum of two years' experience in customer service
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Exceptional guest recovery skills
  • Enjoy interacting with people in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Must possess a positive attitude
  • Must be willing to participate in a learning environment
  • Must integrate company values throughout all interactions
  • Must be dependable and available to work within the resort on weekends, nights, and/or holidays based on business demands
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time approximately six hours. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill tasks. Requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
