Join Our Team
We are looking for a dedicated, licensed or provisionally licensed therapist to deliver high-quality therapy to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of post-graduate experience, demonstrate strong clinical abilities, and exhibit confidence in working with trauma-affected individuals. A passion for working with adolescents is highly desirable. Candidates should be committed to providing exceptional client care, capable of working independently, and possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
Position Type: Full-time 1099 Contractor, offering 25-30 clinical hours weekly.
Compensation: Starting at $55 - $75 per session. As a contractor, you will be responsible for your own taxes and malpractice insurance.
Availability: Flexible part- and full-time opportunities, requiring a minimum of 15 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 30 hours or more. Office hours are available from Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 9 PM. Clients will be assigned immediately, and your caseload will expand over time.
Work Environment:
This role is ideal for individuals who:
- Thrive in an independent work setting and seek flexibility in their schedule;
- Prefer to complete documentation on the same day services are provided, adhering to strict guidelines;
- Are deeply committed to their clients and consistently available for weekly sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a mutually agreed-upon number of clinical therapy hours weekly, with the flexibility to adjust the caseload as needed, with a maximum of 30 hours per week.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic records, including treatment plans, assessments, and session notes.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in social services or a related discipline.
- A valid license to practice in the state of Kentucky (CSW, LPCA, LCSW, LMFT, LPC). Preference will be given to fully licensed therapists, though provisionally licensed candidates with relevant training and experience will also be considered.
- Completion of foundational training in therapeutic modalities such as DBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
- Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build rapport with clients to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.
- Awareness of cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic diversity, with the ability to adapt therapeutic approaches accordingly.
- Commitment to ethical standards and strict confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
