About the Role

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes and drive cultural transformation, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Your expertise in lean methodology, VAVE, VSM, and other relevant tools will be instrumental in achieving these goals.

This exciting opportunity offers a salary range of $90,000 - $125,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development support.

A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, Logistics, or a related field, combined with 5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement and cost reductions in automotive manufacturing, is required for this position.
