Job Overview

Groundworks, a leading foundation services company, is seeking a skilled Foreman to lead our crew in Whiteland, IN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating tasks, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely completion within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performance team, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Review job specifications to determine necessary materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Assess job site conditions, develop plans, and assign tasks to the crew for efficient work completion.
  • Install products and services with the support of a national team of trained professionals.
  • Innovate and troubleshoot situations as needed to meet company standards and timetables.
  • Provide customers with superior quality and service while on-site.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of projects.
  • Supervise the crew, provide on-the-job training, and drive company-provided vehicles to and from job sites.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and work as a team player.
  • Experience leading crews or small teams, with basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
  • Valid, non-restrictive driver's license and ability to enter crawl spaces and confined areas.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, walk, and stand for extended periods, with excellent stamina and manual dexterity.
