The Learning Experience #333 is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator at The Learning Experience, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children to learn, play, and grow.

About the Role
This full-time position involves working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, and creating a safe and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning. You will communicate regularly with parents through various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions.

Responsibilities
* Create a welcoming and engaging classroom space that fosters learning and development
* Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum, tailoring it to meet the unique needs of each child
* Establish a safe and nurturing environment that promotes physical and emotional well-being
* Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates and discussions
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and high-quality educational experience

Requirements
* 6 months of childcare or daycare experience preferred
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
* CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
* Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role
