As a full-time Family Medicine Physician, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of your patients and contribute to the growth and development of our Physician Residency Program.
About the Opportunity: This position offers a unique blend of patient care and medical education, allowing you to shape the next generation of physicians while delivering high-quality care. You will see patients two days per week in a clinical setting and serve as faculty for our Physician Residency Program, teaching residents during the other two days.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in arranging resident rotations to meet program goals and objectives. Provide academic counseling and mentorship to residents. Participate in on-site program reviews to ensure quality and compliance with program standards. Engage in the recruitment and selection of new residency candidates. Perform additional duties as assigned related to both clinical care and academic development.
Qualifications: Graduation from an approved medical school Completed Residency Program Board certification DEA certification CPR certification Indiana State Medical License Continuing medical education Transportation and valid drivers license. Estimated Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience.
