Tanker Loader

At Daybreak Foods, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tanker Loader to join our team. As a key member of our processing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and sanitary operation of our breaking process.

• Set up the transfer room at the start of each day to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• Perform daily chemical inventory to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Set up the off-line operation and work closely with the off-line crew to ensure seamless production.
• Provide breaks for Candlers and Breaker Operators to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure the highest quality of our egg products.
• Monitor washers for proper temperatures and reduce foaming through proper screen cleaning.
• Understand the loader and work effectively with the off-line crew to ensure efficient production.
• Disassemble machines, including the CIP triple tube, silo load out line, and tankers, with the assistance of the sanitation crew.
• Maintain accurate record keeping and documentation as required.
• Clean and inspect all equipment to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• Load liquid egg products and set up the afternoon sanitation process.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalency preferred.
• Computer data entry experience preferred.
• Experience working effectively leading a small team preferred.

The Tanker Loader will be required to stand and walk constantly, grip, grasp, push, pull, reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 10 pounds frequently. Sitting, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally may also be required.

The work environment will frequently expose the Tanker Loader to moving mechanical parts and water, and chemicals. Temperature is regulated for operations standards, with cooler temperatures occurring in specific areas. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Proper personal protective equipment will be required during certain working conditions.

Employees are required to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) due to working in a food manufacturing environment.
