As a Restaurant Leader at KMO Burger, LLC, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our restaurants. You will be responsible for leading and inspiring teams, helping operating partners run a multi-million dollar business, and serving up extraordinary customer service.

• Lead and Inspire Teams: Foster a positive and productive work environment, motivating team members to reach their full potential.
• Help Operating Partners Run a Multi-Million Dollar Business: Collaborate with operating partners to achieve business objectives, drive sales growth, and maintain operational excellence.
• Serve Up Extraordinary Customer Service: Ensure that every customer interaction is exceptional, providing a welcoming and memorable experience.
• Run Excellent Operations: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Be a Problem Solver: Proactively identify and resolve issues, making informed decisions to drive business results.
• Manage Team and Budgets: Effectively manage team performance, budgets, and resources, ensuring optimal use of assets.
• Communicate Issues with Management: Maintain open communication with management, providing timely updates on restaurant performance and challenges.
• Teach Cleaning and Sanitation Procedures: Ensure that team members understand and adhere to cleaning and sanitation protocols, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
• Coordinate Scheduling: Manage employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing labor costs.
• Set up Hiring: Participate in the hiring process, identifying and recruiting top talent to join the KMO Burger team.
