We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Test Engineer Intern to join our team of Summer 2025 Interns. As an intern, you will work collaboratively with our Engineering groups to gain real-life work experience and training in the day-to-day activities of a manufacturing facility.

Our internships are full-time, paid, and will run from May 19th through August 1st, 2025. You will have the opportunity to work on assigned projects, perform various engineering tasks, and ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on assigned projects with support from your mentor/supervisor/team member.
  • Hands-on with wiring, soldering, and implementing custom test equipment and fixturing.
  • Performing various engineering tasks by operating lab equipment, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.
  • Ensuring installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by reviewing electrical specifications and requirements documents.
  • Ensuring compliance with specifications and customer requirements through validation/testing activities.
  • Gathering data and performing analysis for test validation using database systems (SQL) and statistical analysis tools.
  • Preparing specifications for the purchase of electrical equipment and materials.
  • Documentation for existing test systems, including creating schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Driving unique Continuous Improvement projects to completion.

Education Requirements:

  • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Engineering Physics, Mechatronics, Applied Physics, or related field.
  • Minimum of a 3.0 GPA.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to work effectively with others and meet deadlines and goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and self-starter.
