Job Title: Audiologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team at Fairview Health Services. As an Audiologist, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of patient care within the scope of practice, including examination, evaluation, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and establishing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine hearing evaluations, physiologic auditory assessments, and special auditory testing
  • Evaluate and select hearing aids, and provide follow-up care
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care, considering developmental level and cultural differences
  • Coordinate care and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, and establish appropriate discharge plans
  • Assess patient and/or caregiver learning needs, and provide appropriate education
Requirements:
  • Current Audiology licensure in the State of Minnesota
  • Basic Life Support certification
  • Doctorate in Audiology (preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience (preferred)
