About the Job

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team in a Hospital setting in Asheville, NC.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic Hospital environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and asthma.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and hospital operations.
Requirements
  • Active NC Hospital license
  • 2+ years of Registered Respiratory Therapist experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Hospital environment
