First Impression Print & Marketing, a well-established print company based in Howell, Michigan, is seeking an experienced Full-Time Production Manager to lead our team. As a key member of our production department, you will oversee daily operations, drive quality control, and manage a skilled team to deliver exceptional printed products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of all stages of print production to ensure quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Implementation of quality control measures to meet industry standards and exceed client expectations.
  • Management of scheduling, resource allocation, and project budgets.
  • Fostering positive communication with clients, suppliers, and internal team members.
  • Monitoring and managing inventory to maintain production flow.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate should possess 3+ years of experience in print production management or a related field. Technical proficiency with printing and bindery equipment and processes is essential. Additionally, strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and adaptability are required.
