  • Operations Management: Creates and implements plans to ensure flawless execution of Bojangles standards, including managing inventory, labor, and scheduling.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of prior supervisor experience in the QSR industry, with a proven track record of managing a team and driving sales growth.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience with Microsoft products a plus.
