Job Description

The core responsibility of this position is to provide exceptional customer service to current and future clients for Sika AG's buildings and parking refurbishment team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Place and consolidate customer orders, arrange for delivery via customer preferences, and maintain updated pricing to ensure invoicing accuracy.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries quickly and accurately via phone or email, and communicate order status to customers in a timely manner.
  • Problem Resolution: Process RMAs, credits, and rebills within required timeframes, and assist other customer service representatives as needed.
  • Relationship Building: Attend regional meetings to increase relationships with sales personnel and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of customer service experience in a similar industry.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent computer skills, with knowledge of SAP a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to work independently, make decisions, and effectively interact with customers and other departments.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
