Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our expanding team towards remarkable achievements. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for motivating and guiding your team to surpass goals and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and take ownership of your store's performance.
  • Manage a diverse team of 8 to 15 members, fostering a supportive and dynamic environment.
  • Recruit and develop customer-focused team members, aiding in their career progression.
  • Drive sales across all shifts, maintaining high store standards.
  • Ensure the store reflects our brand image and is stocked with fresh products.
  • Employ proactive methods to manage store expenses.
  • Implement and oversee all company sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older for AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO/ 21 years of age for all other states
  • Retail and/or Food Management experience.
  • Willingness to work any shift as needed, offering flexibility and adaptability.
  • Occasional travel for regional and district meetings.
  • Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to clear a pre-employment drug screen and criminal history check.
