Job Summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our Finishing Operations team. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing the movement of materials, supplies, and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies in the Finishing Department
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move materials throughout the warehouse
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies
  • Participate in 5S housekeeping activities to maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or material handling environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires working in a warehouse environment with frequent lifting, bending, and standing. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and maintain a safe and organized work area.
