Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair Lucid Motors vehicles in the field, utilizing your expertise in High Voltage systems, Low Voltage systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrains.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, working directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Effectively manage repair orders, inventory, and customer interactions, utilizing our proprietary DMS software.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies, ensuring you're always equipped to tackle complex repairs.
  • Collaborate with our service team to ensure seamless communication and efficient repair processes.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician, with a focus on electric vehicles.
  • High School Diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in mathematics and science.
  • ASE certifications and EPA 609 certification, with a willingness to complete Lucid-provided CPR training.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Mobile Service Technician or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of luxury automobile repair environments and experience with EV diagnosis and repair.
