About the JobThis full-time position involves assisting lawyers with complex litigation matters, including preparation of pleadings, discovery, document review, and trial support.
Key Responsibilities- Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation practice, including case organization and management.
- Participate in discovery phases, including fact gathering, document analysis, and deposition preparation.
- Maintain electronic case files for easy access by team members.
- Manage electronic discovery, including document reviews, productions, and coding.
- Support trial preparation, including creating trial notebooks and coordinating witness schedules.
- Coordinate project status tracking charts for matters, including tasks and deliverable requirements.
- Conduct factual research to support attorney projects.
- Assist with document searches, review, and analysis through various platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' experience as a personal injury litigation paralegal, proficiency in legal research databases, and strong organizational skills. We offer an excellent salary and benefits package, and response will be given to candidates who closely meet our qualifications.
