Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team at D.H. Pace Company, Inc.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with existing customers and aggressively seeking and securing new customers through prospecting activities to sell commercial doors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related door products and services
  • Cultivate sales within commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, hospitals in Des Moines and surrounding areas
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
  • Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals
  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years outside sales experience
  • Experience with Blueprints/Plans and Specs highly desired
  • Must have good time management skills, be organized and have the ability to multi-task
  • Must possess a Valid Driver's License
