Job Title: Angiography Technologist (IR)

Epic Travel Staffing Allied is seeking a skilled Angiography Technologist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Sacramento, California.

Job Summary:

As an Angiography Technologist, you will be responsible for performing and assisting with routine and highly specialized diagnostic and therapeutic interventional radiology procedures on patients. You will work under general supervision, maintaining a smooth operational flow and maximum patient volume.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform and assist with diagnostic and therapeutic interventional radiology procedures
  • Position patients, select radiation exposure parameters, and image patients
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy and awareness of radiation and patient safety issues
  • Recognize and resolve equipment operations, problems, and discrepancies
  • Anticipate patient needs and concerns, and determine the appropriate care needed
Requirements:
  • CA License
  • Minimum 1 year experience in In and Outpatient Angiography work setting
  • BLS
  • ARRT CA Flouro Permit
  • ARRT Advanced Certificate preferred
  • Level I Trauma Experience preferred
