Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care, improving the quality of life for patients and their families.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, administer medications, and provide education to patients and their families.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and best practices.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for a nursing degree.
- Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
- Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
- Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.
