Our Outpatient Fitness CenterOur outpatient fitness center in Valencia is a state-of-the-art facility that offers a unique and supportive environment for Physical Therapists to grow and develop their skills. With 11 private rooms, top-of-the-line equipment, a full-functioning gym, swimming pool, and indoor basketball/racquetball/pickleball courts, this is the facility you want to work at.

As a Physical Therapist at Interstate Therapy Solutions, you will have the opportunity to continually grow and develop your skills, working towards specialization in areas such as CHT, CLT, or Pelvic therapy.
Responsibilities- Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions in an outpatient setting, assessing their functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals, incorporating evidence-based interventions, exercises, and manual techniques.
- Implement treatment plans effectively, providing hands-on therapy and guidance to patients to facilitate functional improvement and pain management.
- Educate patients on self-management techniques, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies to enhance their recovery and prevent recurrence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports to track treatment outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
- Direct and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and/or Aides in delivering patient care, providing guidance and support as needed.
