Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $96,540 to $104,000, depending on full-time schedule and location. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer an unlimited bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, 401(k) savings plan with match, paid time off, and more.

 

Job Responsibilities

As a key partner in patient care, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with other dental team members, and providing education to patients on proper oral hygiene practices.

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have an associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution and an active dental hygiene license in the state of practice. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will work closely with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
