About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Claims Adjuster Trainee to join our team at Pillfast24. As a Claims Adjuster Trainee, you will play a critical role in helping customers navigate the claims process and ensuring that they receive fair and timely compensation for their losses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine coverage and liability for claims
  • Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses to gather information and evidence
  • Partner with appraisers and estimators to manage vehicle repairs and ensure that customers receive the best possible outcome
  • Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers to resolve claims in a fair and timely manner
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as business, finance, or insurance
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Auto insurance and compliance with Pillfast24's driving standards and policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
