Tech Marine Business is seeking a Financial Management Analyst to provide essential support to PMS 377.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver financial oversight and management for PMS 377.
  • Prepare and monitor funding documentation, tracking obligations and expenditures utilizing Navy ERP.
  • Develop and manage Task Planning Sheets.
  • Generate and submit funding documents, oversee benchmarks, and respond to midyear evaluations.
  • Facilitate all funding actions and prepare funding plans.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets.
  • Respond to financial assessments for funded initiatives.
  • Provide timely and accurate updates on program financial status to all stakeholders.
  • Monitor program funding performance against financial records, ensuring accurate reflection of all funding actions.
  • Create briefs, monthly financial reports, and relevant correspondence.
  • Track and resolve discrepancies in funding and budget documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Navy ERP.
  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • Possession of an active DOD Secret security clearance is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage in frequent internal and external client interactions, including scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
  • Willingness to travel reasonable distances to meet with clients or colleagues as necessary.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds for the purpose of transporting necessary equipment.

Compensation:

  • $75K - $100K
