About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to join our team at Michael Page. This role requires an individual with a strong background in renewable energy development, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and market trends.

What You'll Do

This role requires:

  • Overseeing various stages from greenfielding through to COD
  • Collaborating with engineering teams and external consultants to evaluate site layouts and constraints, technology options, schedule implications, interconnection applications, and studies
  • Directing and conducting due diligence on development-stage project and portfolio acquisitions
  • Managing external stakeholders supporting environmental assessment campaigns and property and sales tax abatement efforts
  • Preparing project budgets, schedules, and RFP responses
